Le non paiement de nos factures à l’échéance déclenche une pénalité calculée sur la base du taux de l’intérêt légal
majoré de 1.5 fois. En cas de contestation, le tribunal de commerce d’Evreux sera seul compétant. Elias logiciel se
réserve la propriété des produits jusqu’au complet paiement du prix par l’acheteur.
